Pressurization and Zero Point Calibration of Single Crystal Silicon Pressure Transmitter

Single crystal silicon pressure transmitters must be calibrated before they are installed and put into operation. In normal operation, the calibration cycle is once a year. If the measurement value error is found to be too large in the middle, it should be calibrated in time to ensure the accuracy of the instrument.

Ⅰ. Pressurization of single crystal silicon pressure transmitter

1. According to the range of the pressure transmitter, use a pressurizing device to pressurize. Before pressurizing, the secondary valve of the pressure induction pipe must be closed and the exhaust screw of the transmitter must be closed. The pressurized pressure is 0%, 50%, and 100% of the range. Record the actual measured pressure value and calculate the error. If the error is within the accuracy range, no calibration is required. If it is greater than the accuracy requirement, re-calibration is required.

2. According to the range of the monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter and differential pressure transmitter, pressurize with a pressurizing device. Before pressurizing, it must be ensured that the primary valve of the pressure introduction pipe is closed, the exhaust screw of the transmitter is closed, and the three valves are closed. The high and low pressure valves of the group are opened, and the balance valve is closed. The pressurized pressure is 0%, 50%, and 100% of the range. Record the actual measured pressure value and calculate the error. If the error is within the accuracy range, no calibration is required. If it is greater than the accuracy requirement, re-calibration is required.

3. The instrument under the pressurized state of the monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter must not loosen the process connection bolts to avoid the danger of fluid ejection.

4. When pressurizing the monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter, never apply more than the specified maximum working pressure.

Ⅱ. Zero point calibration operation of single crystal silicon pressure transmitter

1. For the zero point calibration operation of the monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter, close the secondary valve and open the exhaust screw of the transmitter to ensure the zero point of the transmitter.

2. Zero point calibration operation of monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter and differential pressure transmitter, open the balance valve, close the three-valve group high and low pressure valves, open the exhaust screw of the transmitter to ensure the zero point of the transmitter.

3. After the calibration of the monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter is completed and put into operation, close the exhaust screw of the transmitter, open the pressure introduction valve, and open the secondary valve.

4. After the single crystal silicon pressure transmitter and differential pressure transmitter are checked and put into operation, close the exhaust screw of the transmitter, open the high and low pressure pressure valves (first confirm that the balance valve is open), and open the high and low pressure valves of the three valve groups, and finally close the balance valve.
