1. Monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter measurement mode


According to the nature of the measured pressure, select the gauge pressure, absolute pressure, differential pressure measurement mode.


① gauge pressure: pressure measurement with atmospheric pressure as the reference zero point, is the commonly used pressure measurement mode.


② Absolute pressure: the pressure measurement mode with zero pressure as the reference zero point of pressure measurement.


③ Differential pressure: the way to measure the pressure difference between the high and low pressure ends.

In the measurement of liquid level, for non-confined containers, the transmitter is installed at the top of the container when the input level transmitter is selected. The medium temperature refers to the temperature of the medium directly contacted by the measuring diaphragm. For the selection of the lead pressure process connection form, should be considered in the specific environment for easy installation, maintenance, replacement; should be as domestic as possible to choose industrial common connection form; to consider the physical state of the measured mechanism (such as whether viscous, clean or not, etc.). Comprehensive consideration of many factors to choose the transmitter and lead pressure process form (such as mounting bracket, capillary tube, extension flange level, etc.).


6. Monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter environment harshness
