High Temperature Pressure Transducers

High-temperature pressure sensors are sensors that operate beyond the industry-standard operating temperatures of 85°C to 240°C. LEFOO offers high-temperature pressure sensors up to 240°C using specialized heat sink technologies. Through differential technology and in-built acceleration compensation, low noise and high accuracy are achieved. An especially isolated hardline cable designed for very high temperatures connects the sensor with the charge amplifier. The sensors offer stable, repeatable output. They can additionally be used in extremely cold applications.

Features of High Temperature Pressure Transducer

This series of high temperature pressure sensors use a high-performance silicon piezoresistive pressure core as a core element. The internal ASICs convert the mV signal into a standard current signal (4-20mA), voltage signal (0-5V/0.5-4.5V/0-10V), or RS485. Pressure sensor with stainless steel sealing structure has cooling fins, high anti-vibration, and anti-shock performance, measuring range -0.1~10Kpa/ ~600bar/ medium temperature -40~+240℃ , for steam/fuel oil/high-temperature liquid pressure measurement.

Application of High Temperature Pressure Transducers

High temperature pressure transmitters are used in applications where the media temperature exceeds the temperature limits of standard pressure transmitters, such as steam, food processing & engine monitoring. High temperature transducers are the most common solution for measuring pressure in hot environments, although reducing heat with a cooling element may be a better choice for some applications.
